How fast is my first report?
Two to five minutes. Connect your store or upload a CSV and Telltale normalizes, scores, and returns your first at-risk customers and retention metrics.
Do you replace my email or SMS platform?
No. Telltale is the intelligence layer. It recommends and writes campaigns, then pushes them to the tools you already use — Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp, Postscript, Attentive and more.
What data do you need?
Just your order history. No pixels or new tracking. We can also enrich from subscriptions (Recharge), support (Gorgias), and reviews (Judge.me) when connected.
How does the performance fee work?
You pay a flat subscription by contact volume, plus a marginal performance fee — 5% on the first $50k of recovered revenue each year, 3% to $200k, and 2% beyond — only on revenue we attribute to Telltale sends within a 7-day window.
Is autopilot safe?
Yes. You set per-campaign toggles, daily and weekly send caps, per-customer cooldowns, and channel preferences. Or keep everything in approve-first mode and send nothing without a click.
How is my data handled?
Emails are hashed and PII is encrypted at rest. We honor store and customer deletion requests and are built for GDPR compliance. Your data is never shared.
